Looking for a getaway that includes something truly special for your teen? Our Teen Overnight Spa Break is a nurturing experience designed to bring calm, confidence, and connection—for both teens and their families.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of the Natural Light Wellness Spa at the Holiday Inn Guildford, this one-night stay combines comfort, rest, and wellness for all. Teens enjoy dedicated time in our Teen Spa, while parents unwind with full use of the hotel’s leisure facilities—or perhaps book their own treatment time.
For Teens (ages 11–17):
Teen Spa Experience (choice of treatment before or after their dedicated spa time)
Access to our spa supervised by you . This is the pool area ,garden and meditation space . – offered between 10am–12pm or 4pm–6pm [please note under 16s can not go into tje jacuzzi,sauna or steam room.

For the Family:
Overnight stay in a family-friendly room
Breakfast included
Optional dinner upgrade
Full use of the hotel’s pool and the natural light garden and meditation space
Choose any 30 min treatment for all of you from a Massage / Reiki/ Facial / Head Massage/ Reflexology

When you make a booking request, we will review your appointment and availability. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. Prepayment secures your request, but approval from our team is required to finalise the booking.
If your requested time is unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternative options or process a refund.
You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment has been confirmed.
